Refund policy

We offer all customers a money back guarantee. We offer a 14-day guarantee in cases where:

• Your task is not a part of the Shopify small task services we offer.
• When our team has too many task requests, and are unable to take on new work.
• When the result you receive is different from what is outlined in the task description.

 

We do our very best with every project to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied with the final results. If you are not happy with the results of your task, please contact us at info@biznazz101.com before initiating the request for a refund. Once our team have marked your task as complete, you agree to notify us if you are not satisfied with the project within 72 hours. If you fail to do so, the task will be considered to be complete. If you fail to inform our team within this period, BIZNAZZ101 will not offer any refund and will consider the project complete. If you notify BIZNAZZ101 about your issues within this timeframe, we will do our best to solve any problems with the project and make any modifications needed to meet your expectations. Our support team will look into the issue with your task and compare the project delivered by our team with the task description to ensure all requirements were met. If you notify us within 72 hours and we are unable to provide the expected results as per the task requirements, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of your request.
