Step 1:
After logging in to your Shopify Admin, go to Online Store using the left side dashboard and select Themes.
Step 2:
Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click the " ... " button and select Edit code from the list of options.
Step 3:
Next click on Sections from the directory on the left, then find and click the footer.liquid file.
Step 4:
Click on the files code to begin editing, then use ctrl + F (PC) or command + F (Mac) to search for the following Liquid tag and replace it with your own text or delete it:

Click Save.Then select Preview Store in the upper right to confirm the changes.
