So, let's dive in and learn how to get your Shopify store to rank high on Google.
Step 1:
After logging in to your Shopify Admin, click and open the "Products" tab from the left dashboard. Then select the Product you want to optimize for search results.
Step 2:
Next head to Google and Search For Your Product at the top and then Copy (Ctrl+C) the first relevant search results title.
Step 3:
Now navigate back to the product in your store, then click "Title" at the top of the page and Paste (Ctrl+V) your new title. Then adjust the name of your product as needed and click Save.
Step 4:
Next head over to Keyword Sheeter and Paste (Ctrl+V) in your title then click Start Searching. This will generate a list of search engine keywords related to your product. Use these when creating your products description.
Step 5:
Now head back to your product and create your product description using your keywords from Step 4. When you are happy with the results select Save.
Step 6:
Finally, Rename your image file(s) to match the title of the product then Re-upload them to your Shopify Store. Then click Save. (For Our Example: RoundProngSetDiamondTennisBracelet.mp4)
You have now successfully optimized a product to rank higher in search results!
